Indeed, Yukarin it is - she plays Chuchu the red one. If I'm reading the moonrunes correctly in the PV, the blue one (Artis) is Saori Hayami, I've not heard of her myself but there's always google/wikipedia to find out more about her.
Though yukarin's voice is enough for me to consider looking at this game :D
Saori is new to the industry, but has already taken on significant roles like Saki Morimi from Higashi no Eden.
I can think in Ayase from Oreimo, Tsuruko from Anohana and Icaros from Sora no Otoshimono.
