Totally agree with you. They basically put every annoying lead-male stereotype into Shu: he’s a coward, indecisive, wimp that serves to basically cock-block everyone else around him and whines alot to boot. He’s also badly pussy-whipped despite the fact that the girl he likes is an emotionless robot that has been basically deceiving him.
