Saying that any self-respecting Saber fan should get this is a bit odd since it's not even the same hero as the one from F/Z and F/SN taking the role of the Saber class.
What I find the most bizarre is why Type-Moon didn't even bother to change her character design/appearance if she's a completely different character.
Yeah, but remember, apparently Joan of Arc also looks exactly like Saber. Hence why Caster confused the two of them.
And Caster was a former comrade in arms of Joan, so you'd think he'd be able to recognize her. His insanity not withstanding.

Joan looks plenty different to me
a) Cancelled product, so not canon technically.
b) The helmet might be throwing you off. Remove it and she'd look a lot more like Arthuria or Nero for that matter. Just the gowns are somewhat different.

Do any of you guyys notice that Fate/Extra stories happened in another Universe/Timeline.So Saber(Nero) might look the same as Saber(Arthuria) of the canonical timeline.Type-moon themselves established that all of the timeline (games,movies,ovas,anime,manga,etc) are canon in otherwords all of them are true.Because the Thorne of Heroes exist outside time and reality.And the Type-Moon many stories happened in a Multiverse.
These Multiverse theory is further explored in Carnival Phantasm-in wich the comedic nature of that ova is happening because of a Cosmic Carnival Event that screw reality.

The argument is made in the Nasuverse that, the actions of Nero was what laid the groundwork for Arthuria to do the things that she did.
But there's no familial relation between the two of them.

Arthuria, Nero and Joan just happen to look like one and other. Random happenstance, fairly rare, but it does happen, as in the RL example I mentioned about that chap who looked like an older version of myself.
The whole Grail screwing thing is a no go, when you consider that the Lancer from F/Z and F/SN look very different from one and other.
So the idea that the Grail forces the Servant Classes into a particular form doesn't bear weight.
Heck, just check the Wiki. Perseus is mentioned and he looks a lot like Shinji Mato, even though there's no familiar relationship there either. Again, dopplegangers just happen from time to time.

If you're replying to me I meant did Arturia get that face because Nero set off the chain of events that led to her heroic ascendant or because Arturia ascendancy gave Nero/Joan that face because Grail screws with time.
Does that argument also explain about Joan of Arc looking like Saber? I bet Charlemagne looks like Saber too. If that's the case, then chicken-egg question of whose face does Arturia-Nero really belong to?

Well, if you're going for the whole argument that Joan must be Arthuria's descendent, because she looks like her, and thus that Arthuria must be the descendent of Nero by that same token, then you're definitely barking up the wrong tree.
Arthuria didn't leave any heirs. What with the whole pretending to be a guy thing. And if you want to try the angle of, yeah but Mordred was made from her blood and semen, the latter courtesy to Merlin getting drunk and pranky.
Then that also would've meant that she would've had the chance to knock up Guinevere, and thus leave a formal claimant to the throne, thus preventing the subsequent break up of the Camelotian Kingdom.
Again, that didn't happen, so the whole they look alike so they must be family thing doesn't fly.
And heck, I've seen a picture of a chap who looked like an older version of myself. I was in my mid teens, the guy was in his early 20s. And when I reached my early 20s I did end up exactly like the guy, and nope. No family of mine either.

As nice as this is, I still prefer the Saber lily look just a bit more in terms of unique-ness.
Since Saber's introduction nearly half a decade ago by TYPE-MOON, she's one of the most often imitated character designs out there.

I hope so, I prefer their Saber sculpts to any other company. I don't like Gift's faces, even if EVERYTHING ELSE is awesome, the faces turn me off the figures enough to not buy them.

Proportions are kind of bad...her legs could stand to be a bit longer.

The dress is absolutely wonderful; it's a pity the face and body (height/pose) in conjunction with each other are ruining the effect.

Saber Extra is a different heroic spirit, so her tits are bigger.
Saber has a 73cm chest which, despite being the same size as Akiha who is pettanko, gives her a slight bust. She's certainly not supposed to be packing a lot though but as mentioned by others, this isn't the same Saber as F/SN or F/Z.
Even with a transparent skirt, they still manage to avoid a panchira :|
