You aren't alone in that regard.
In fact, it was the first thing I noticed when I saw this post. It just naturally draws the eyes and is quite a nice peice of work.

It enhances the overall look if you ask me. And the overall look was already quite something, with or without the butterfly hairclip.

She is definitely a beautiful girl and the cosplay is very well done. But am I the only one here who also recognizes that butterfly accessory to be of extraordinary quality and that it itself truly enhances the pictures with it's vibrant workmanship?

the boobs would be fake obviously but if they reallyyyy like to get into character then they should have everything down. the look,attitude, and maybe the way they speak to.
