I must be strong then. Despite all my problems with socialization throughout my small life, I’ve managed to never even try smoking or do drugs. Alcohol, yes, but moderately and only on special occasions. Obviously that the parents helped me with proper education but people should be able to say no. It’s easier than it seems. I don’t get why it’s so complicated to assertively say a one syllable word.

  He’s right though. It’s psychologically addictive, which is basically unhealable. Been an alcoholic once, even if you haven’t drunk any alcohol for 20 years, a single beer can throw the addiction back into full gear. That alcohol poisoning destroys your liver and has other undesirable side effects is not directly related to the addiction.
