Bullshit. Everyone old enough to find a job is old enough to support a family. Sure, it won’t be an 8 to 6 desk job, but it’s quite possible.
And even if a girl gets pregnant while not able to raise the child, she can always choose to abort. Her parents shouldn’t have a say in it under any reasonable law.

As for STDs, schools teach about those by the time teenagers gain significant interest in sex. “They are too stupid to protect themselves” is no excuse to treat them like incapable morons. The later is far more harmful to the developing mind than moral crusaders like to believe.
