Lower mental age doesn’t necessarily imply lower intelligence.
The wish for stability (for having kids) is usually considered maturity, this does happen much sooner for females (and might never for men), likely because females only have a healthy reproductive lifespan of only 30 years compared to 60 years for males, and need of nest for fostering the children.

So females will stop playing and start to do only “home decoration” to create a nest, being mature.
While men move from building and playing with toy cars to building and playing with real cars. Which doesn’t have a reproductive purpose, but creates the basis of our technological society as a side-effect.

There’s also the little known fact that womens brains stop developing a few years sooner, whereas mens IQ will keep increasing during their 20s (adult men have a slightly higher IQ, and much larger brain with more synapses, than females, but IQ statistics are usually biased towards language skills and sampled at a lower age, where genders have an equal IQ creating the illusion of gender equality)

I kinda like the article, it’s sexist and logic,
doesn’t consider the thing interpreted as “lolicon” as unnatural, and is stating a lot of true facts about human instinct.
To female readers it could be summarized as:
“You got lolicon boyfriend? Get over it, stop being a fatty and wear a sukumizu to turn him on!”
Maybe I’m strange, but I don’t see anything negative about that message f^^;
