I think the concern is not whether she has those as “hobbies”, but whether she has those as “addictions”.

Numbers 4, 6, and 9 would be turn-offs for me.

#4, because I want to have time with her, face-to-face, not on-line.

#6, because I’d be wondering if she’d be thinking about taking off with or having an affair with an idol, some pretty-boy, or some guy who pretended to be one.

#9, because of the addiction-factor, and losing all her/our money.

The rest of these are fine, so long as she doesn’t expect me to have sex with some guy (item #3 taken to the extreme).
