    Most of me agree that To Love-Ru is the series most strongest against manga ban.

    I think it should become the best representation of Japanese Manga for this decade! They should throw Ishihara to the lions for trying to ban his!

    Do you notice that there is more and more Yui's appearance recently? It's due to Kentaro bitchy wife whom he divorced last year. Haruna Sairenji was modeled after her so she is demanding money from the poor author. That's why now Yui has become first place instead if Haruna.

    But don't hate Haruna, hate the bitch who cheated on him and made To-love-ru ended instead.

    Where is Kira when we need him?

    Since the character was modeled after an idealized image of his wife, who turned out to be completely different than the character he created,
    the connection is merely a bit of inspiration.

    And he can still claim that telling her that haruna was modeled after her was only sweet-talk...

    I totally do not mind such swap.
    Frankly I like Yui better than Haruna, for many reasons.
    Least because imo her personality seems more interesting, even her feeling for the protagonist are more evident.

    True freedom of speech is not a matter of agreeing with what is spoken!

    It's the freedom of expressing whatever you want as long as it is true, or a personal opinion (which includes art).

    If you deem something unworthy of Freedom of Speech and Expression you are drifting into "Degenerate art" territory.

    You don't have to like it, in fact no one has to like it, but the author has to have the right to create, and the (adult) customer to buy it.

    If you give up freedoms you don't care about you'll eventually loose those you considered important yourself.

    (I actually consider basis of your comment more problematic for Freedom than the "ban" which only seems to put the affected stuff into the adult section...)

    No offense, I like TLR art, but I don't consider this series as a "model" representing the Freedom of Speech or manga.

    Besides its sexy heroines, TLR don't have much to offer, you may even find actual hentai manga with better story, or at least more fun...

    Note this part. The last few years of manga and anime have been mostly fanservice and moe all around. Unless someone proves me wrong by comparing the amount of non-fanservice/moe anime to the amount of fanservice/moe anime over the last decade, I'd have to agree that To-Love Ru is the best representation of a decade of anime: increasingly sexier boobs and hot imouto lolis.

    Now, To-Love Ru as a representative of the whole anime industry on the other hand...

    And GG anonymous To Love-Ru colourer master, it's really a perfect job! He seems to love Yui and I can understand that... even if To Love-Ru is probably the only one manga where I LOVE all the girls so bad!

    Sorta true. In fact TLR once set a record as one of the manga/anime that surprisingly has the lowest circles involved and doujins released compared to other ecchi series that time like Strike Witches.

    The fact is it doesn't even need that much.
