And honestly, for all of us fighting about skinny or fat, I beg to differ that it is a taste of nationality rather than a taste of the individual. As a woman living in America myself, I can safely say that most men here are not "fat-fanciers", but as in every country there are varying tastes.
On another note, my friend is asian, and her body is naturally like these young woman. My black friend is natural bigger boned, and therefore looks larger, when it is actually her normal weight, and completely proportional to her chest and hips. I myself am petite and sometimes confused for "anorexic", with a rib cage that is larger than average, and therefore my ribs always poke through no matter what. However, I am at my healthy weight and my body is in great shape and naturally proportionate.
In short, fat, skinny, short, tall, flat or large chested... woman come in different sizes, some more naturally than others. And yes, America is a "fat nation", but to stereotype all of us because of one internet comment is childish. I say let's just all get along and say that every woman is beautiful in some way to someone.

Skinny isn't as much an issue for me as much as "too much makeup" or "the hair isn't quite 100% correct"
Or (slightly more personal) "don't show your teeth when you smile"
A lot of these women are really attractive with that being said. Some need braces and they'd be A+.
