As far as I’m concerned, anyone who mentions Pearl Harbor as some retort against Japan instantaneously proved how unconscious and stupid they are.

Frankly I’m glad for the Pearl Harbor repetition, because it acts as a beacon for detecting stupid people. Would make life so much easier if people like that could walk around wearing an “I’m with stupid” T-shirt with the arrow pointing up.

@ Anon 17:29 I’ve never understood why German singing only sounds halfway decent to me with its techno rap. I haven’t heard any other lyrical song in German that works for me. German has too many harsh ‘angles’ in its speech to sound romantic or smooth. Too many harsh stops in the words. I’ve tried to see if it’s because of my American recognition of speech patterns, but I love Russian, Japanese, Indian, French, and even some Hispanic songs (even if their romance songs all sound trashy and it’s …

The issue with open world is they significantly diminish any real plot or character development. Open world adds nothing to gameplay in and of itself if you have an area large enough to work with. The ideal is what best older RPGs managed to achieve which was the illusion of open-world with an actual relatively linear guidance.

I laughed reeeeally hard at the picture for Battery being a guy holding up his fist. Not sure if that was intentional, but if it was, thank you. It was appreciated.

These books aren’t for anatomy, more like dynamism and posing reference. If anything it helps with muscle shapes rather than proportion. As always the issue with still images is they flatten the three-dimensionality. If anything it’s beyond worth it for the suits and folds. A youtube video or movie will have motion blur so it too works overall for poses, but in terms of dynamic folds being caught in a still, these are far superior. It all depends on how they’re used really.

No ‘still’ about it, only an idiot would consider this just ‘drawing half naked men.’ This book looks absolutely amazing. To be able to catch that much dynamism in motion in still real life pictures is absolutely a feat worthy of praise. I am definitely buying this, I’m already inspired to draw from some of these poses right now.

Even better, if you care enough to have an opinion, then anyone who has the desire to type an opinion yet defines their position by context-less acronyms is worthless to listen to. The counter to the regulation argument is the industry regulations would have to accommodate the rather ridiculous type of JAV that exist so they can continue to explore without becoming too constrictive on ‘creativity’ as long as the actors/actresses are considered properly. This I find difficult to point to the JAV …
