I guess they stopped short of real sex because Ayana Taketatsu wouldn't want to do such scene. At least she doesn't seem like the type that would do it, to me. If Shizuka Ito, Hitomi Nabatame or Harumi Sakurai(or just about ay older actresses who can do a lot of roles) took the role from the beginning, they may just pull it off.

Of course, they can always switch the voice actress for the total porn version, but then it will stop being special.
