Comment on Police Ban Net Cafes as Child Brothels by Anonymous:

People has elected people who create, push, and enforce laws, that’s fine and dandy but why did it take them so long to try and enforce the law, prostitution is not something new in Japan and I highly doubt those who are trying to “enforce the law” now are newly elected officials. Why they waited to enforce a law after things got out of their hands, beats me.

we give those people our votes right away, wished they did the same when it comes to laws to really protect the citizens.

looks like they are trying to solicit payments from the net cafes. Step one make up unspecified crimes committed in unmentioned areas. Step two say anyone not willing to ask permission is going to be raided and shut down. Step three wait for owner to come ask for permission to keep there business afloat, reply we could look the other way for a fee.
