Really? And here was my grand master plan of rising in the ranks of the military and getting trained in military strategy and tactics, then moving to Japan and rallying the otaku to my cause. We would militarize and revitalize that stagnant generation and teach them to fight to protect that which we love! Down with Ishihara!
Actually the military is above the populational average in academics in America due to the volounteer system, college benefits and rising standards.
In fact I believe they also have an above average IQ.
