Love Hina's couple is one of the worst. Besides, every time Keitaro got close to her in the series, she belted him. True, he was a whiny, clumsy, nasal daydreamer. But then she was a whiny, anal-retentive, indecisive bitch.
Evangelion's couple is the very definition of the Hedgehog's Dilemma. He tried to strangle her and she constantly verbally abused him. I would not be surprised if they murdered each other during an argument.
