Totally agreed. Especially Kotobukiya’s… Their promo photos always looks extremely nice, even up to the mass production sample reviews.

But when the mass production release model arrives, it turns out to looks like crap 75% of the time…

Not to mention that while companies like GSC spend money on painting the skin tones to make the figurines look ‘nature’, Koto’s almost always end up with that white plastic-like basic tone…
