  Makes me feel that some of the negative comments are coming from Narutards or something. Ya don’t need to always depend on expensive kinds of presentation. A good story can make anything epic but apparently a lot of people won’t be satisfied unless animators break their hands.   Aside from Bakemonogatari(still loved it though) Problem is that you judge them from their frame rate not their actual content. Does everything have to OVA expensive for your satisfaction?
