Yeah this is pretty annoying. My cousin’s husband is Japanese and they live in Japan. He gets pissed off during election times as well. He works the late night shift so hearing those loud vans aren’t all that pleasant. When he came to visit us I had to listen to his complaints. ROFL. Apparently like other people have said, you really can’t do much to put down the politician’s loud noise or you end up in jail or lose your job. Apparently in Japan, you cause a scene in the political world, it puts a bad face on the company you work for, so they’ll fire you outright to save face.

So the lesson that can be learned. Corruption at its highest.
