I think the main problem isn’t the surgery, but the fact that it’s photoshop, make-up, circles lenses, and wigs. Basically if you want to have sex with them you better make sure there is no hair pulling and not too much movement, she doesn’t sweat off the make-up, and make sure her eyes don’t water so those circle lenses don’t come out. In fact just don’t move at all.
