They're definitely all striking images, the problem is he apparently chooses to draw hands and arms that are incredibly small. For me this just doesn't work because everything else on his figures are close to anatomically correct.
No, you're an idiot. There is style, and then there is having incorrect anatomy. This guy has incorrect anatomy. You can't attribute every blunder to style. That's just moronic.
Well that's just his style. The beauty of (anime) art is that everyone has a different way to draw, lineart, color, etc.
But you can't ignore the composition and balance. I think it's extremely childish to dismiss everything and anything to be someone's style. The hands are inconsistently sized, so I truly think that that's just a mistake.
