  There’s absolutely no way this will be used as an excuse to shut down the servers. THAT is wishful thinking. They will keep trying to salvage the game, and probably after a year or so will succeed in doing so, even if they have to move to a F2P model. They still get the PS3 release to count on a new wave of players and the mandatory game critic reviews, so they’re going to at least try fixing and porting the game before giving up.
