Doubt it’s arrogance, probably just outright mismanagement.

They have been going downhill since FFX – FFX was the last decent game they made IMO; it was the last one I actually finished.

I find it hard to believe there were no firewalls, the PSN would have been burned to the ground long ago if that were the case. Seriously, there is only so much BS I can tolerate. While I don’t expect Reuter like report from here, journalistic integrity here is fast sinking into “utter complete BS” territory. Combined with the overwhelming amount of (somewhat disgusting) ads … I don’t really feel like visiting your site anymore. We will see. I probably won’t be visiting again. Consider this a …

It’s all talk though. Is there a law they can get sued under? (Sorry man, the arguments you use to defend attention whores like Geohot, also work when defending Sony.) Can you prove gross negligence on their part? Hard IMO. Do you haters really want Sony gone so bad? All they ever wanted was to sell a video game console. Japan works in strange ways. Look at TEPCO … they do the same thing. I bet Nintendo will react in the same way too. Completely different culture. I used to think it just some minor etiquette differences but nope. To be honest, I don’t believe Sony ever really “got” the American market. They try (Kevin Butler, Killzone, God of War), but at heart they are still a Japanese company. /shrug

    >I also want Sony to find some way to reimburse PS+ users for their time, but how exactly can you reimburse that many people? Don’t think there are all that many PS+ subscribers IMO. :p Probably store credit or a free game or two of their choice. Or simply wavier this months subscription fee.
