thing is, this old dick is trying to ban the INTERNET. heads up Ishihara, but this sort of thing is global! take note that if he bans hentai and anime on the internet he’ll have a good time trying to catch half the people on pixiv and deviantart, everybody who has drawn anime then posted pics, pretty much all the anime bloggers in the world.. which is quite obviously out of Tokyo’s jurisdiction.

now if they put a proxy server to keep out undesirable content like they did in our school, good luck. there are way too many ways this can be thwarted. also notice that he mentions nothing about any internet porn that has actual people in it..
