Reverse Trap FTW.
Just think of how much more awesome this anime would be if the people in charge (i.e. director, producers) actually implemented a plot, real conflict (country v country perhaps?), a decisive main (male) character, a little bit of yuri, more of a believable reverse trap, and direction.
So far, this anime's as generic as Ladies v Butler was about a year ago.
But at Ladies v Butler had a pair of delishus lolis to make the generic seem a little less generic. And it wasnt a painful to watch either.
Not every anime need conflict or complicated plot. i watch I.S. for relaxation.

Does the main dude have to be completely oblivious? I mean, seriously? The only reason I can see that they make that decision, is because certain viewers would like to pretend that they were him instead. Since the main character is so clueless, these viewers can easily convince themselves they would handle the situations so much cooler than he would. An even cheaper shot than random up-skirts and unnecessary jiggling, taking advantage of our baser instincts for sales.
I don't entirely blame the producers for trying it, because the viewers are at just as much fault for falling for it. A good business model promotes maximum input/output efficiency, but for fucks sake, how about being respected for the quality of your product, as opposed to resorting to cock-milking a mindless mass of juvenile caveboys?
I might not be an expert, but neither am I impressed.
P.S. I'm still going to watch it anyway. For the story. If I wanted to jerk off to something, it would probably be something a lot more focused on that goal.
