Gosick is proving by far the cutest anime this season, with fans falling over themselves to admire the adorable Victorica (or “Victorique” as the apparently official if utterly nonsensical rendering goes).
However her name is spelt, she is menacingly cute all the same:
Her cuteness is actually proving rather problematic for fans – practically all discussion of the series now consists solely of interminable strings of “Victorica-chan kawaiiii” or variations thereof, with any plot the anime supposedly possesses unnoticed amidst the carnage.

Ok with that does that mean that she has a chance in the next saimoe League though. I mean I'm sure it wouldn't be the first that a loli won both of those competitions.

I myself often hate Loli driven shows - but she is quite intelligent and I like the "snow flake effect" of how she explains all the mysterys.

but the characters are far more moe than your regular moe-theme anime
That is exactly as something like moe should be handled. Moe is an element of tone and should be used to either compliment or contrast a good story.
