Why does this list keeps reminding me that a lot of the oldschool Japanese men’s fears about women in general is translating to that?

What does having an income or mental resilience or ambition or looks or any of that have to do with cougar-ness? I would kind of think that domineering personalities, women who harbor a mothering instinct towards romantic interests or even sadistic women falls more into it. Not a whole list on what makes any women more powerful and independent. That wouldn’t magically make them into cougars.
