technically, Horo　ホロたん is hundreds of years old… but even that doesn’t matter. its a godamned picture of a fictional character, explain to me how a fictional character is an actual human child? if we start convicting people with fictional works, I demand they go through with it and convict every person who has written any fiction book, drawn any pictures, and/or created any movies containing violence and rape, because that is the equivalent. if they dont convict for those “offenses” then the court system is a sham and the one who wrote the law along with the prosecution are hypocrites.
now if it was porn pics of ACTUAL kids, convict away, since its become NON-FICTION at that point.
