It’s not really all that subjective, actually. Understanding the points of moe is crucial, even if one does not like a particular character itself.

Seems to be mostly agreed upon that moe is basically the concept of tickling our instincts to protect, cherish, and nurture a character.     Nope. First part of the left leg we see is the area down to the knee. The supposed third part is just the lower leg area. Simple to see if you look at the right leg and see that the lower sock has the same pattern as the supposed third part.
