She literally has a few extra pounds on her. She's a little chubby but hardly grotesquely overweight or downright obese. The REAL problem are that 1) she's wearing a bikini that's one or two sizes too small, resulting in a muffin top and other similar problems and 2) she's assuming positions that either don't flatter her figure and/or emphasize the areas where the few extra pounds are.
