    Yeah this show was so far the trippiest WTF moment I've seen recently.

    Aside from the fanservice, at least it's attempting something slightly different. I mean for the average viewer, who may not be able to compare this to anything because so far, it does seem to lack a clear direction in where it want's to go.

    For me it's usually half a 13 ep season (I don't see this hitting 24 eps.) before I call it. But we'll see.

    Yeah, I usually give anything at least 5 episodes unless it is just flat out outrageously terrible by the end of the 3rd episode...

    They are just too quick to judge these days, that goes both ways though...

    I mean the damn thing looks like a combo between Cafe Junkie and Ryoujoku Famiresu Choukyou Menu. with Rio being a short haired version of Ayase (famiresu menu)

    @Marik: Except that it's pretty good chances Rio of SuperBlackJack came before either of those titles existed.

    Anyway! Lack of "critical acclaim" for this series - probably due to lack of WFC. The majority of the audience isn't used to the female lead not only possessing some TITS, but also being legal, too.

    Alright, its time to settle a score with all "echii", "moe", "Fanservice" "Opai/Butt haters" once and four all.

    How many of you watch "Family Guy", "the Simpsons", "South Park" or any hit & miss live action/animated series for the "story" and "plot?"

    We can be sure that a number of us(including those self-proclaimed "Type-A" otakus) are watching these series because we enjoy the randomness/bazaar events presented in those series. Similarity, I believe the fanservice/echii/moe fall under the same category as these series, so why don't we give them a chance just like we do to the "Simpsons", "Family Guy" "Robot Chicken" "South Park" etc?

    Or don't tell me you guys rather look at Peter Griffins' ass than this sexy, mature woman's pantsu?

    No, the anime studios haven't given up on your precious "plot" and "story." They have only been diversifying the selection of anime in recent years meet the demands for a changing demographic. In other words, they have a little of everything for everyone.

    So to sum it up, if you don't enjoy pantsu, boobs, sexy woman or cute girls in your anime, and you only want "story" and "plot"(or Bishonen guys if that's the way you roll), than don't watch it. Simple as that!

    It has sexy girls in it, but that's it. The rest is pretty awful (the owner is funny I guess) and the sexyness is not enough to make up for the bad.

    To Love Ru was bad, but at least they went pretty far and had clear direction. Also, it had Yami, Mikan and Momo.

    This reminds a bit on that anime Eiken!, and what they heck was up with that. So much fanservice I wondered why I watched it again.... Maybe some people liked it but I'm still mind-boggled with both the anime and the manga. I know fanservice is good in its own way, but it still needs to be balanced so it fits well along with the plot of the anime. I know sex sells, but give an anime/manga something that doesn't make it feel that this kind of manga and anime is full of fanservice and no plot. It might be a bit hard to do that, but it can be balanced out, you just need it give it some more insight.
