The Chinese government requires you to ‘partner’ with a Chinese company – so that ‘entrepreneur’ can steal all your labour, ideas and duplicate your industrial processes, then toss you out like a used tissue. Which is what’s happened to chemical companies, the foreign railway manufacturers and the IT and electronics industries already – Madhouse obviously hasn’t learned a lesson from Nippon Sharyo, Hitachi, Toshiba or Google.
