  There is a difference between lawlessness and the disregard of the administration. This isn’t something small but a nationwide concern. The fact that this rampages through the country is reason enough to understand the simple gist of this. Sure there are other societies that are just as amoral. But for one of the world’s leading nations, it certainly has shown itself to be unwilling to enforce its own laws. That’s China, all appearances and no action.

  But, making soy sauce out of hair doesn’t sound like such a bad thing. The hair is probably just going to waste anyway, and it isn’t toxic or anything, just weird. Just don’t call it soy sauce and I’m down with it.
