  Sure some muscles are bigger and some proportions are off but you can tell what muscle is what based on the drawings. You can’t just draw random muscles and hope it will look “right”, you need to understand how it works in real life before you can stylize it. The artists who drew these clearly know how muscles form on a human and are just accommodating the anime’s style.
