Poser Moka(my own way of calling 'Outer Moka' or 'Omote' for uptight weaboos) is full of life, with mostly bright and cheerful expression. If this Koyuki person really is cosplaying her, she's most likely cosplaying a dead Moka.
Or maybe it's just true Moka with hair dyed in pink for whatever reason. I donno, but I'd use that excuse if I were her.

9/10 because even if she isn't suppose to smile or don't have to...the character she is cosplaying pretty much always is smiling unless she is sad which isn't showing either so, otherwise though this is some PURE QUALITY cosplay right here...
