No. The 1920×1200 resolution hasn’t proved to be very popular, thus making 1920×1080 even more used.

ffs 1920×1080 should be the standard full HD but people are just bringing it down with lower resolution crappy screens.

I use a 40″ LCD TV as monitor, his default res is 1920×1080, btw it’s called the FULLHD res, and it is a 16:9 standard. 1920×1200 isn’t standard aspect ratio, and make all thinner or taller.

1920×1200 people have been getting all the good wallpapers for too long. I’m glad that 1080 finally gets something, considering that almost every new mid priced ($150-$500AUD) monitor is 1080. Even my 19 month old 2494hs is 1080. I am however disappointed that only three of them are in 1080. I’m still using the default Windows 7 ‘Nature’ wallpapers because I like having the six wallpapers that change every half hour and it’s hard to find a set of six good 1080 anime wallpapers.

Silverlight really is impressive when they put the effort into it. The Chinese olympics where even more impressive because of the insane amount of events that where streamed flawlessly through silverlight with multiple angles and “tivo like” controls. No buffering or the like either. Few other instances where silverlight really blows away alternatives, but isn’t used often for whatever reason.

No, Anon @ 15:06 06/12/2010 is more correct in saying this. Computer monitors are (or were at least) generally 16:10. This can easily be scaled from 2560×1600 to 1920×1200, to 1680×1050 to 1440×900 and also 1280×800, all of which are 16:10. Most older 24″ monitors use 1920×1200 keeping to the defacto 16:10 monitor standard. Though, notice that I said ‘older’. Newer generation monitors use 16:9 in line with HDTV resolutions. So you cant say that 1920×1200 isn’t popular, since it depends on when …

True, EA and Ubisoft love to shit on their customers with crappy DRM and online “features”. Other than them, usually one-time online activation on first run, plus one for every other PC (say, you have tower PC at home and laptop at campus). Or no DRM at all.

Well. If they are to pay attention to the traffic signs, they would to something that, according to the laws, takes precedence over them. In this case it would be a traffic officer cosplayer or something equivalent (they had that Taro dummy in Saikyou Densetsu Kurosawa).

Miura does have assistants though, as opposed to say Togashi. He takes a long time primarily because of serialization, again opposed to say someone like Togashi.
