from a japanese dictionary:
キザとは、服装・言動・態度が気取っていて反感・不快感を与えること。
[i]“kiza” means, that you are (acting) shy with your clothing, attitude and behaviour causing a dislike and discomfort[/i]… in short ” being tight”

WWWJDIC is one hell of a japanese-english dictionary(my fav one), but it doesn’t have everything
