That aside, OH YEAH they’ll fall really deep. As shitty as FFXIV is in its current state, we’re talking about a game that must’ve taken millions of dollars to develop. Being a profit-based organization, they’ll use any means necessary to scrape off what little they can get for as long as they can. ‘Beating a dead horse’ has never been more accurate and obvious in gaming industry as it is now with Square-Enix.

I WANT to pity the execs, really. Then again, they should have shot down all the ideas used in the game all the way from the initial presentation meeting, before it even gets into development phase. They brought to themselves all the shit that are happening to them.
