Probably because Nymph doesn't really appear like this in the anime or manga whereas Ikaros appears in chibi mode very often (though not as often as Tomoki admittedly).

I'm still hoping the 3 Angeloids will get a proper release by company such as Good Smile/Max Factory or Alter.

Figma would be good too since they are priced at affordable level, and they would be good addition to accompany the Nanoha Riot Force 6 figma...weapons of mass destruction/planet destroyers sprung to mind lol
