Much anticipated ero-action game Catherine has been dated – though somehow Atlus has managed to miss a minor marketing coup in the form of a Valentine’s Day release; instead the game will follow a few days later on the 17th of February, 2011 (rather stretching the definition of the “winter 2010” wording above).
The February date covers Japan only – a date for the western releases has yet to be set.

Why the hell does everyone keep commenting "OMG CHEESE DOESN'T STRETCH LIKE THAT!" ?
Maybe if you ever had REAL PIZZA with lots of REAL MOZZARELLA, you'd know that it CAN. At least the people who comment "If the cheese were that melty, it'd burn her mouth!" are more in reality.
Man, so much pizza out there these days is garbage made from like industrial foodstuffs... Horrible grainy fake cheese that barely melts and makes it all chunky and lumpy, and has no elasticity at all. Crust that has more in common with crackers-- except the taste, which is more reminiscent of cardboard --than with pizza crust. Dried out wilted onions, peppers, and mushrooms. And let us not forget tomato sauce that tastes like it came from a can of SpaghettiOs.
But maybe I'm just biased, I grew up with totally awesome New York style pizza, made in an Italian family-owned and operated pizzeria. (Which just happened to be next door to our apartment building.)
Tch! They're pissed because that pizza's getting eaten like that. They're just jealous.

Since the game is from Atlus, you can expect the game's Original Soundtrack to come packaged with the game. But maybe they'll make it a pre-order bonus or something like that.
