  I have to disagree with that last statement. Windows 7, while not designed SOLELY to play games, was designed to play games rather well. The PROBLEM is that many developers are LAZY and don’t take time to OPTIMIZE their codebase for a regular PC.

  Funny. When you compare the Ram, CPU and specs of a PC to a console such as the Xbox or PS3… a PC’s stats completely rape.
