  Then she should have done her homework! Again, she got into this situation because she was negligent. She did not take into account about her felon status as she was preparing her departure. Pure negligence and irresponsibility. This is her own fault and she has no one to blame but herself. She rightfully deserves being shipped back then and there. If she were a responsible person, she would have long anticipated this happening and had the papers prepared before departing.
