well, i think he made bad decisions on placement of the photos. it might be silly, but there is some graphic design involved into itasha. you can't just slap a picture on a car and hope it looks good, you got to play with placement before you get the right look.

that could also be Advertising car. ive seen many of those. they got pictures of people. most likely some actress / actor. anyways somekind *famous* person. also some ads are about anime. movies. music. companies etc... ive seen similar ones.

The problem with this one is how poorly made it is. Would've looked nicer if it was done better... but not by much.
