Pretty sure it's "sexy" because she's barely covered. Also, most cosplay photos like this are shopped to hell and back and, surprisingly, these aren't.
And before anyone says anything, I'm sure they are shopped to some extent, they are "pro" cosplay photos, but they're not shopped so much that the image looks completely fake.
