The “third world” should do what Europeans did in the 1400s-2000s and go to war and commit genocide on other continents, then settle in and form a new nation. Genocide will knock off human populations and resettling in that area will alleviate overpopulation from where they came from.

Think how overcrowded Europe would be if all the european-americans, canadians, and australians went back to Europe. Their population density would be 5x worse than China.
