  I would just like to say… This is NOT for kid erections, loli sex, or anything of the sort. It is basically being re-approved for the use in treating pulmonary arterial hypertension, and in exchange for doing so are getting an extension on their patent. The plus for the government is that now people with PAH can get a new route for treatment, where usually Pfizer wouldn’t go through the process of re-approving it, as it would not return a good profit due to the low number of people with PAH.
