is it worth going to court and defending yourself that these are not cp under laws where its an up hill battle? they aren't, but you are looking at legal fees of at least 30000$ to defend, possibly more, and you aren't able to counter sue for money back. lets say worst case scenario, it costs 100000 in legal fees, how long do you think it would take them to make that back on what they dropped alone?

yea, several have, however the new one i believe, protect act has it in again. and because its in and uncontested, its still a law you need to worry about when it comes up in court. its why hadly went to jail instead of going to court.

obscenity laws still exist, its just ones like dildos being illegal, and things that you find in a normal sex shop. there are cases every year where places are fined because a porno was to hard core. and i hate to mention it, but bestiality is illegal, video wise, under obscenity laws, and so is females getting nailed by animals, however male on animal is animal cruelty.
