I been wondering why such animes even get made for broadcast when in the long run It'll just be heavily censored.

I say just release these kind of animes online periodically to the last ep and once finished sell the dvds/bds.

Because original scene is 'seemingly' riding on the wrong side of the road (Japan's right hand drive, cars follows left side on the road). Although if you look carefully, they're on the side pavement which should be for pedestrians or bikes/bicycles. But on first look, it DOES seem like the wrong side of the road.

Japan is a really fucked up place. In my country, any form of censorship is forbidden by the Constitution.

It doesn't even do any good to call the censors 'warped'. They'd just say, "Of course we are! We watch uncensored anime all day long. See what we're saving you from?".

Instead, they go to lengths to animate alternate scenes when the altered versions really don't even serve as a commercial for the real version, since if you don't read comparisons like this, you don't know what you're missing.

They're trying to make their shows everything these days by making multiple parallel alternate versions... That's logical commercially but bizarre artistically.

at 0:34 you see that the scene with the teacher falling out of the window is UNCENSORED! This scene was censored even in the ATX broadcast!

So even ATX lets us down...a bit...slightly...well, it doesn´t hurt TOO much but still. ^_^"

The first episode was quite good - a combination of Resident Evil and Higurashi 1st Chapter (smash, smash, smash)
The art style is a bit strange...

Not much point in watching it if so much is censored. Pity really.

I think the blood on the wall are still red, it's just the contrast are bit darker (look at the hair and skin tone)

why can't they rate it as 18+ and put it as not suited for children so that children is will not watch. if still can't, then wth is with the Television content rating systems for.

I'm surprised that any of it made it through. I half-expected there to be a 23 minutes black screen with the voice track playing in the background. Maybe some pan shots of the school if we're lucky.
