Miku’s Day, Hatsune Miku’s spectacular sell-out concert, now finds itself released on DVD and Blu-ray in a form accessible to all.

The disc, running to 110 minutes and available in Blu-ray, DVD and CD versions, goes on sale September 1st – international pre-orders are available now.
Little wonder Sega had the original videos deleted, although true Miku devotees will doubtless leap at the chance to support further live events – the disc is already number 3 in Amazon’s DVD rankings.

About time this gets release...Guess they held it long enough till the fans are about done with Project Diva 2.
If 2ch wouldn't release Tei I would buy it at once.
The DVD+shipping costs as 1-2 anime series in the west (like JP 1 DVD 2ep.= west complete 12ep.) or as the 1/6 miku figure and there is no Tei, what should I do now T_T Why must the shipping from JP be so damn expensive :(

i totally enjoyed the previous torrented full length clip of the concert, and now i'm gonna enjoy this even more with full HD and 5.1 surround sound at full blast.
Sadly, when the truth came crashing down upon me with the revelation that all those "fabricated" voices where.. sadly "Real". The idea that it was all created by humans as the first true Un-reality icon evaporated and my love for fake went with it.
I truly though someone made the voices Without aid of Real people and that was amazing!... until I found that to be full of shit false

How dare they make a voice synthesizer with the aid of a trained voice actor! They're the same as those fucktards who make 3D CGI using motion capture technology! DAMN THEM!
Meiko and Kaito were made artificially instead of taken from voice samples, if that's what you're going for. Of course, their voices were made to sound like two specific people. Nothing 2D is possible without something 3D, after all.
Kaito had a voice sampler, meiko was all digital.

It sucks, I can't get the blu-ray but at least i can order the regular DVD, unless someone knows a trick to get the blu-ray to work on a US PS3 then someone plz tell me DX

There has a fan made recording of the concert floating around for ages, I suppose the quality wouldn't be as good though.
I think most of us already got a hold of that 2hours 10mins full version of the concert (even the torrent is still there)
the main question is...will the blue-ray have the exact same replica or will it be video with totally different editing and POV
