The skirt can actually flex. I don't know about the hair though but it should be similar plastic.

Will be getting this for sure... But damn, I'm kinda disappointed with the way her hair and skirt was handled. Can't they at least do it like Tsuruya's posable hair instead of making it floating like that? And the skirt that's made of hard plastic? That's gonna limit her posability alot.

Hmm, her eyes are... off to me. Whenever I think of Luka I think of narrower eyes and a pouty look. This Figma is too moe for my tastes. >.< But hey, Luka is still awesome and I admit the figure is quite cute.
