Where's the point in putting a telescopic sight in front of a red-dot sight?

If you are talking about the SCAR-L it is a 3x magnifier behind an Eotech it lets you see farther wile still retaining the speed of a red dot, the drawback is the dot gets bigger.

1: Modified FN Herstal P90 with reflex sight
2: Glock 21 with wooden grips (somehow), a Streamlight TLR-2 tactical light and magazine handle
3: Blue-finished FN Herstal SCAR-L with Eotech sight (looks to be the AA-battery version, popular with military) and 3x magnifier, vertical foregrip, and flash hider
4: Blue-finished Ruger Mini-14 with high-zoom scope
16: Heckler & Koch PSG-1
The rest: Impractical and borderline-impossible (as expected) extremely high-powered sniper rifle with multi-function scope and heavy-duty compensator

The weapon in the second pic is a Magpul PDR it’s a 5.56x45 with a 10in barrel giving it an effective range for bullet fragmentation of no more than 100yrd. It uses standard USGI mags it is totally ambidextrous and the sight is a Trijicon reflex 1x24mm.
Can't speak for the Optics, but the if you'd checked my links, you'd see that 'P90' is a prototype 5.56 PDW.
The 'PSG1' looks nothing like a HK, and is clearly a British AW-series.
Glocks come with tan or desert frames as a factory option.
I know I got 3, 16, and the TLR-2 right. I notice now that the 2's grip isn't slanted like a Glock, but other than that, it's identical, so wtf... I also notice now that 1's front grip is open, the P90's is closed, and the P90 is ugly, unlike 1. Looks like a kickass bullpup, but I honestly have no idea. The red dot on it looks like a Burris, though.

One of the better ero artists I've seen. The nudity combined with his soft style is in a way tasteful, and not repulsive and in-your-face, like most other ero arists.
